Frank in the Service department provided unsurpassed Customer Service. I brought the car in for a scheduled oil/filter change. As well as keeping me updated on the progress and texting a video of The in Customer Service. I brought the car in for a scheduled oil/filter change. As well as keeping me updated on the progress and texting a video of The inspection of the in car air filter,, Frank was able to resolve an issue that we concluded was caused by the original Dealership. The vehicle was on the lot elsewhere and Ken Garff arranged for delivery to their dealership as this car had all the options I selected. I am now a life long KenGarff customer and see myself working with them for sales and Frank for service for a long time to come. Thanks Ken Garff for offering the complete package of sales and service. More
