The staff is very good, friendly, and cares for the customers. Then only negative was the technician who works on my brakes may have forgotten to place one of the bolt on the brake. That was only disc customers. Then only negative was the technician who works on my brakes may have forgotten to place one of the bolt on the brake. That was only discovered after driving to Southern CA to visit family. There was a loud clunking noise whenever going over the pot hole. I took it to local Honda dealer in Huntington Beach who discovered the missing bolt and replaced it. No more noise after that. More
