Excellent Service, as always I have been bringing my vehicle to Ken Garff for all my service needs since acquiring the car in 2007 because everyone in the service department has a I have been bringing my vehicle to Ken Garff for all my service needs since acquiring the car in 2007 because everyone in the service department has always been totally professional, efficient, honest about my car's needs and clear when it comes to explaining technical details or service plans. To me, even more importantly, the service department staff has always, without fail, been friendly, kind and willing to answer any question. Even though it's not a thing a person normally looks forward to, when I see my little wrench light come on meaning it's time to take the car in for maintenance, I feel more like it's time to see my friends at Ken Garff. That's how great your staff is. Thank you. More

Even though it wasn't covered under my warranty he got it taken care of because it was nothing I could fix. He eliminated a lot of stress for me. You guys need more people like him. I thought it would be expensive but I thought another vendor would be much cheaper. But found out that they not only couldn't diagnose the problem correctly but would have cost more in t I thought another vendor would be much cheaper. But found out that they not only couldn't diagnose the problem correctly but would have cost more in the long run. I'm glad I took it into this Honda dealer they treated me well and actually did the best to get the price where it should be. More
