My service manager Frank Trotta was great. He handled all my needs knowing that I was not happy with my trade in. My service was a 5 but my horrible experience with sales rep was a 0. I had a great experience coming into BMW. I told Frank what was going on with my vehicle and he addressed the issue right away. Rally’s BMW is great for sales as well as service. Their service department is run so professionally and it is a pleasure to go there.
