Not only was I able to get my service done on my car without an appointment, they were able to get me in and out quickly. Since I ordered my car from the BMW factory, it took about two months to arrive. There were some minor potential set backs but David worked with me to make it happen. Went for a service that I have scheduled a week in advance, providing the car mileage and VIN. After making me wait nearly 2 hours, an advisor calls me and tells me his supervisor did not allow the se advance, providing the car mileage and VIN. After making me wait nearly 2 hours, an advisor calls me and tells me his supervisor did not allow the service due to "the high mileage of the car". What a joke!!! If the car had been lower miles it would not need this service. So, basically they tell you they service only BMWs which don't need service! Avoid at any cost! What kind of authorized dealer can't service their own cars?!? More
