Other dealerships do not offer the same features and quality within their cars at a great value like Hyundai. It's a safe and reliable vehicle which has the best warranty. If you go to any other dealership you will not get the best deal at a great value. Also what I love about Hyundai's cars is that even the basic models have the rim's not the caps like other models out their. I have been a customer since 2016 and I stopped by to check inventory for a future purchase and I’m very unpleased that even I told the sales person to do not run my credit at this time, he did it, misle check inventory for a future purchase and I’m very unpleased that even I told the sales person to do not run my credit at this time, he did it, misleading me stating that was an internal check. Luis Arévalo needs to be an honest agent and do not trick a customer for his personal gain. Certainly I’m not feeling positive to visit Universal Hyundai again. I came home and told my family, "Let's go buy a new car".
