They claim to care about their customers, but all they care for is money unfortunately. They see customers who don't have a background in cars as an opportunity to really take as much as they can. Let me tell you: calling universal hyundai on OBT is a joke. I needed to talk to someone about a matter that was stressing me out with a car I just got and everytime I called, they were unavailable, mailbox is always full, or I got passed around to whoever was "seemingly" there. When they actually did pick up the phone, i spoke to this one manager on a Friday and by Monday he forgot who I was! Td me he'll get back to me and never did. I normally liked going here but now, I will never come back. They made me feel so stupid and regret getting the car. Hyundai is a great car brand, just the people who represent it only care about making the sale. More
