Ken is everything you want in a salesman. He’s got excellent listening ears. There were details that i expressed were important to me and it was like he already knew what i wanted/needed. There was literally no pressure to do anything at all. I came in with the plan of possibly driving out of there dealer with a new set of wheels. Ken made that possibility my reality. I’m almost a week into my driving experience and I could not be happier. The very next day after my purchase, Ken messaged me and asked how i liked the new whip. I told him; “i don’t like it… I love it” This 2026 Mazda 3 Turbo Premium Plus is the ultimate Dad-mobile and I could not be happier with my experience with Ken, and the entirety of the Mazda team that made this purchase possible. More

I think they need to take a lesson in hospitality. It's terrible that they give you a guarantee on paper but then don't take any action. More
