Our sales representative, Ken, was amazing to work with . .. incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, helpful ... and applied NO pressure throughout our "car-shopping" and our car purchase experiences. Instrumental in pointing out and describing the many technological and safety features of our new CX-50 while on test drive(s), he remains accessible by 'phone and in-person, and continues to provide "after-the-sale" assistance, as needed. Likewise, Franklyn, the Sales Manager, cooperated with me initially in securing an attractive on-line price for our vehicle, while the Finance Manager also took great interest reviewing and explaining available purchase options without undue pressure. The showroom was comfortable and all members of staff with whom we casually interacted were equally accommodating. Thank you for a truly pleasant car-buying experience. More
