My experience with their service department has been consistently disappointing from th Park Toyota of San Antonio zero stars if that were an option. My experience with their service department has been consistently disappointing from the very beginning, since the day I purchased my vehicle. On one visit, I brought my vehicle in for what was supposed to be routine maintenance, and they did not even check or properly inflate the tires. On my most recent visit, they did put air in the tires, but the service was still incomplete and careless. Some of the tire valve caps were replaced while others were left without them. The wait times are completely unacceptable. On one occasion, I arrived at 5:00 in the morning and was still there until 4:00 in the afternoon. That is an entire day wasted for service that should have been handled much more efficiently. I also had warranty coverage that was later taken away, which has added to my frustration with this dealership. They make promises, they tell you things will be taken care of, but then the results do not match what they tell you. Even when they wash the vehicle, it feels like they simply spray water over it and call it a wash. There is no attention to detail. Unfortunately, this has been an ongoing issue for me, not just one bad experience. Too many promises, too little follow-through, and very poor customer service. I personally do not recommend North Park Toyota of San Antonio to anyone. If you are looking for Toyota service, I recommend looking at another Toyota dealership. Based on my experience, I have had a much better impression of the Toyota service in Boerne, Texas. North Park Toyota needs to do much better when it comes to customer service, communication, attention to detail, and actually following through on what they promise.
