Our service professional was really helpful and explained everything. Unfortunately the dealership itself is lacking in quality of customer waiting areas. There was loud music blasting in the sales departmen everything. Unfortunately the dealership itself is lacking in quality of customer waiting areas. There was loud music blasting in the sales department while the TV was completely off in the waiting lounge and there was water dripping from the ceiling. In the other lounge, we were told we couldn’t watch the World Cup on that TV because previously someone had watched inappropriate content (porn). The work itself seemed to take a long time but our service guy kept tabs on it and got us out quickly after we brought it to his attention. It just seemed like the whole place was being run by people who don’t care about what the customers think of them. Except our service contact, of course. More

Northpark service department is excellent and the financial staff are awesome, they work well with me as their customer. Their checkout receptionist needs improvement with all rave of customers not b financial staff are awesome, they work well with me as their customer.
