I found a great deal on the Med Center Mazda website through the Cars.com app. I clicked get Med Center price to see if they had a $200 off to hook you. Fred Farmer called me about a minute later with through the Cars.com app. I clicked get Med Center price to see if they had a $200 off to hook you. Fred Farmer called me about a minute later with a couple quick questions regarding financing and registration for numbers purposes. He sent me a proposal within the hour. He also went out to the car the next day, moved it, and did a personal walk-around inside and out with his own phone and shared the video. We went back and forth for a few emails negotiating price and he also sent me the carfax (also available for all cars on the dealer website). We agreed on a price and scheduled a time to test-drive and sign. When I showed up early, I was happy to see that the car was parked in the primo spot closest to the dealership, washed, and fueled up. Fred already had the keys on his desk too. I went for a quick test drive for peace of mind. Adam Eaves came over to take us to sign paperwork, the new, easier iPad way! The whole dealership process was about 90 minutes including Fred’s helpful tour of the car’s hidden features as this is my first time owning this model. I really appreciate not having a waiting period on the wash, fuel, and F&I as those have turned previous car purchases at other dealerships into all-day waiting-game exhausting experiences. Out of probably 20 car buying experiences, Fred Farmer, Adam Eaves, and Med Center Mazda made this the best experience yet. The four-hour drive to get this great deal was worth it. More
