Amazing Group I own a electrical business and I buy all my vehicles through the internet team. I have much success with Chris Sherman and his team, Don Wagner. I ca I own a electrical business and I buy all my vehicles through the internet team. I have much success with Chris Sherman and his team, Don Wagner. I can call or email and they have the truck/car ready for pick up when I arrive. Brandon Matthews usually handles the finance for me. He is very quick and easy to understand. Chris and all the guys went out of their way this past time because I bought a truck for my son, who thought I was bringing his truck in to get new tires put on. We were on a timeline and Chris made this experience a memorable one. As my wife was pulling into the dealership with my son, Chris was making sure the truck was cleaned and prepped and had a full tank of gas in it. Chris pulled the truck up front and center as my son walked up. I walked around the truck (my son actually thought I was not going to be there), and started it up with the remote and handed him the keys. He turned around and saw the truck and he had a look on his face that was incredible. They made this happen in a short amount of time. I also have to give a shout out to Garrett Tidman for the excellent service he gives. He services all my trucks and is fair and usually on time with his timing to pick up. Just amazing group of guys starting with Chris Sherman to Don Wagner to Brandon Matthews to Garrett Tidman. Thanks guys for making this last purchase something to remember. My son is still in disbelief. Thanks for all the picture taking also. More

I keep coming to SP ford because of Garrett! I have been a customer since 1999 at SP Ford. My entire family has gone to SP Ford. The Extra Mile I have used Garrett for several years for my service. When I had new tires and rim put on my Ford Edge, I had a rather unusual request. I wanted to se I have used Garrett for several years for my service. When I had new tires and rim put on my Ford Edge, I had a rather unusual request. I wanted to see if the mechanic could trace the rim on the cardboard the rim came in so I could cut out and use to cover my rims when I polish tires to keep the spray from getting on rims. He did, and the repair guy even put a metal handle on it! Outstanding going the extra mile to satisfy a customer. More

Bitter Sales staff top priority is making a sale. Service department had left a bitter taste in my mouth every time I went in or even talked on the phone. They are always correct and you are an the sucker who doesn't know what you are talking about. Would not recommend the sales department. Would DEFINITELY not recommend service department. More

AWESOME!!! I ended up at SPford Carrollton because the Lewisville location didn't offer the service from sales team I was expecting. Bad taste in my mouth there. I ended up at SPford Carrollton because the Lewisville location didn't offer the service from sales team I was expecting. Bad taste in my mouth there. Carrollton location gained my respect and business. Upon arrival, Melanie L helped me in my search to by a new car. Professional, Friendly, Knowledgeable and sweet as can be! I had picked a car and it was awaiting detailing and was going to return later in day, but a sudden death in family delayed my return for a week. The original car I had selected was sold, but I wasn't expecting different. We looked at options on the lot at that moment. Found a car that better suited my needs and wants in a purchase. Dennis was overseeing the deal and was friendly and knowledge was great as he directed my financial needs in the right direction. Each associate greeted me and even when I called over the week the receptionist was super friendly. The finance team was great aswell and meeting the service advisors was pleasant.They made my purchase more than I had hoped for. Im a fan now and look to be a long time customer of them.
