Took car in for key fob issues. Took 4 hours to program it. The shop left at 4 and no one told me what was going on with my car. Suvanna (spelling?) was helping me. She did not even come out at closing to tell me the shop was still working on key fob. I had to go ask where everyone went then the tech popped up with my key. More

Charged me for the service the labor the parts and tax. .I will not go there again my bill for oil change and tire rotation was over 150 bucks ..This dealership was even where we bought our vehicles but ove .I will not go there again my bill for oil change and tire rotation was over 150 bucks ..This dealership was even where we bought our vehicles but over the years the service billing is different from other Chevy dealers? I felt like my issues were dismissed and not prioritized. Came in with my car making a whistling/chain sounds as I’m driving/accelerating; was told issue was cause the car has a CVT transmission and it was n Came in with my car making a whistling/chain sounds as I’m driving/accelerating; was told issue was cause the car has a CVT transmission and it was normal. I’ve yet to see another 2024 or newer Nissan of any model make the same noise as driving. More
