We were not communicated with hardly during the buying process. Was given a trade in value, then when we went to purchase vehicle, was told another trade in amount that was 20% less than original amount o process. The front bumper has been repainted and no one gave us an explanation for this, even after pointing out the issue with the manager. All we were told was that Carfax showed no accidents. After the purchase we saw paint on rubber seal, and we now know it was not original paint. No one told us this, even after questioning it with the manager. We felt lied too and taken advantage of. We will not be back and will not recommend Star Chevolet to others. More

After I paid for the truck he told me they didn’t know how they were going to deliver it to me as I had came in a car. He had a snarky attitude, and didn’t care that I had just bought a vehicle. He recommended I come back with someone to pick it up. I had driven 2 hours to purchase this vehicle. Do better. You guys need a rollback or a wrecker. Overall decent experience, but they need a new sales manager. More

Extremely let down after my previous good review. While they were "working" on my car, they couldn't diagnose the issue. The general manager, Gary, drove the car and immediately said he had it figure While they were "working" on my car, they couldn't diagnose the issue. The general manager, Gary, drove the car and immediately said he had it figured out, but that I'd have to bring the car back due to them not having a loaner vehicle. He tells me that they would call me to schedule an appointment. Fast forward a week and a half, I call them and get told that I would have to make the appointment because of a new way they deal with loaner vehicles. I make the appointment and when I show up, I get told that I'm not allowed to get a loaner vehicle because I'm under 21. Granted, I had to have a loaner vehicle 2-3 separate times. Once for over a week. Long story short, my vehicle is still has damage that was present when I purchased the car and it feels like they are attempting to dodge responsibility and throw me around the ropes on this issue. More
