We were not communicated with hardly during the buying process. Was given a trade in value, then when we went to purchase vehicle, was told another trade in amount that was 20% less than original amount o process. Was given a trade in value, then when we went to purchase vehicle, was told another trade in amount that was 20% less than original amount offered. The front bumper has been repainted and no one gave us an explanation for this, even after pointing out the issue with the manager. All we were told was that Carfax showed no accidents. After the purchase we saw paint on rubber seal, and we now know it was not original paint. No one told us this, even after questioning it with the manager. We felt lied too and taken advantage of. We will not be back and will not recommend Star Chevolet to others. More

After I paid for the truck he told me they didn’t know how they were going to deliver it to me as I had came in a car. He had a snarky attitude, and didn’t care that I had just bought a vehicle. He recommended I come back with someone to pick it up. I had driven 2 hours to purchase this vehicle. Do better. You guys need a rollback or a wrecker. Overall decent experience, but they need a new sales manager. More
