As for as Planet Ford, Humble, TX they have provided excellent service on our warranty item. And a big shout out to Louis in the Fleet Dept. on working with us on the Transit Drive Shaft issues. More

Lying group of salesmen. They have no NEW Maverick Trucks. You must place an order which might take one year, before you see the new truck you want to buy. This is not bein They have no NEW Maverick Trucks. You must place an order which might take one year, before you see the new truck you want to buy. This is not being honest in how they advertise the products they sell. In they show, what appears to be new Maverick Truck sitting in front of the dealership. They have none of the trucks shown on the Internet. This is not being honest with what they actually have available for sale. I would never buy from a dishonest advertising dealership. More

Best Place to get your ford needs Had a accident and since I had bought my car from here I decided to bring it back when we was in a accident 2 months later, had a rocky start but Gary Had a accident and since I had bought my car from here I decided to bring it back when we was in a accident 2 months later, had a rocky start but Gary and Jeff Stapp took care of everything for me and getting my car back home. I am satisfied on the quality of work and service I received after a small mix up. They went above and beyond is making sure I had a loaner at no extra cost and fixed things that wasn't even accident related, Thank you guys so much. If you need to buy a used car come to planet Ford Humble they will take care of you (I love my Ford Edge) when you get into a accident and need your car fixed they will take care and give you quality work and the best customer service even when there was issues. More
