Smoke and mirrors The sales personnel were so focused on having me "ink a deal" without me even seeing the vehicle first hand! Upon actually seeing the vehicle and ins The sales personnel were so focused on having me "ink a deal" without me even seeing the vehicle first hand! Upon actually seeing the vehicle and inspecting it, I found an oil leak I wanted determined for severity and another feature advertised on the vehicle was not working (back up camera). Sales and finance boasted that the cars run through a rigorous inspection and if there were any reasonable issues they would take care of it. How did I find the leak then? I'm not a tech. At that time, the sales personnel backpedaled and said it's a used car and sold as is and the leak was nothing to worry about. They didn't even identify the leak. Pretty frustrated, I took the car to the manufacture dealer who determined the leak was simply an oil pressure switch leaking. $150 repair. An easy repair that should have been taken care of and maybe have generated positive social media reviews, such as Yelp, which your dealership so desperately needs. I hope this review finds the General Manager's desk but I'm sure it won't. He should know how the used car buying experience is being conducted More

As a grown man, I wouldn’t normally want my hand held, but they gave me such a sense of comfort and ease as though we were walking down the boardwalk together, sipping hot cocoa (which they actually did have amazing hot cocoa and popcorn as I waited for financing). Usually the car buying experience tends to not be very pretty but (metaphorically speaking) these guys were able to throw some make-up on this hog and took first place in the County Fair of my heart. More
