They each treat one another as Family and consider their customers to be Family. Most of the Sales Personnel have tenure of 10+ years with Five Star Ford; and that says a lot about the personal atmosphere you will experience there. In reaching a deal on a vehicle; Diron is not satisfied until I am satisfied that I am paying a fair price for my vehicles. You want to do business with a guy who has your interest and desires in mind in ensuring you get the vehicle you most desire...go see Diron at Five Star Ford. And be prepared...he will just call you out of blue from time to time...not to try to get you to come in to sell you another vehicle...but to genuinely & simply check on you to see how you're doing and wish you well in life! Diron will spend whatever time is necessary that you want to spend in getting you into the vehicle you most desire. No high pressure; no hype; no strings; and no false pretenses!!! Just straight forward and personal desires he has to ensure you get exactly what you want. While waiting a short while to sign my Finance docs; I spoke to another gentleman there; and he too praised Five Star Ford and his Salesperson; and has been buying vehicles through him for years as well. Each time I go to Service for any oil change; I go up front to the Sales Dept and upon going onto the Sales floor; everyone remembers you! They may not remember your name, but you get handshakes and well wishes from everyone you encountered at time of purchases. Diron will remember your name and even what vehicle you purchased! You will not find better people than those at Five Star; and although they are a corporation, they function much like a family owned business. Each person is empowered to make decisions on most things, and when they can't, it's just a phone call or "let's go see _____" to make it happen. Great Experience, Great Team! I knew I wanted a new car, I was open to several makes, and models. I looked at multiple dealerships across the area. Most of the sales people were I knew I wanted a new car, I was open to several makes, and models. I looked at multiple dealerships across the area. Most of the sales people were pleasant enough, but it was the usual "What are you looking for?" typical sales approach. When I wanted to look around a little most weren't very helpful. When got on the lot of Five Star Ford, Brieanna came up, introduced herself, and asked, "What can I do to help you?" She was genuine. We looked at several different models, from trucks, to sports cars, to sedans. She was very knowledgable, but still not afraid or ashamed to say what she didn't know. Once I finally made my decision, and we started going over numbers, she told me about additional discounts that I rate due to being a Retired U.S. Marine. She was 100% my advocate! Brieanna was the epitome of a professional! While waiting to talk with finance, I spoke to the Sales Manager, Gary White. I really appreciated him, because he showed his professionalism in his belief in his sales people, and care for the customer at the same time. Lastly, once it was time to go into Finance, I dealt with Kenny Wilder. This was the simplest time I've ever had with Finance. I walked in, everything was printed, we walked through all the paperwork, Kenny answered every question I had, and made me feel right at home. If you're looking to buy a car, GO TO FIVE STAR FORD! ASK FOR BRIEANNA!!! I'll definitely do business there again!!!! More

Suffice it to say I ended up purchasing a 2015 Ford Taurus, and I love my vehicle! Everyone that I came in contact with were very helpful, and willing to go that extra mile to help me receive the best deal possible. Elbert (Tut) was my finance person and he was also very thorough and took his time answering my questions. He was very patient. Both of these young men know their stuff and are greatly appreciated. This was my first time actually buying a brand new car. Five Star Ford is the place to go! * The reason for not giving 5/5 was related to the first sales person I was put with (we did not get along) but that was quickly remedied and I felt well taken care of with Carlos and Tut. Carlos also called a few days later to see if I had any further questions. More

He allowed me to state what I needed and worked for me so that I could get exactly what I wanted. I've never experienced purchasing a vehicle so effortlessly without the hassel and finagle of the salesman trying to "sale". Randall went above and beyond of what most car salesmen normally do and would do for that matter. The dealership is without a doubt titled correctly because it simply has 5-star employees representing them. Randall and everyone he introduced me to (Gary White & Sam O'Reggio) represented integrity and honesty. They treated me like a person and not a money sack. The one thing that I really appreciated throughout my visits was her ability to assist me and not be too pushy. I am one that needs space and hard sales representatives tend to wear on my patience, which was not the case with Ms. Dowd. Gary White was also very helpful and worked very hard in putting together a financial package that I felt very good about when I left the dealership in my new F150. Great job. Massive Inventory, hard to not find what you're looking for. More
