Daniel Lopez took care of finally getting my second key fob. I kept getting the run around when I would call or email asking for the fob. I bought the car on May 4, 2024 and called the dealership several t fob. I kept getting the run around when I would call or email asking for the fob. I bought the car on May 4, 2024 and called the dealership several times asking for my second key fob. Finally I called Toyota customer service and to my surprise they said my key fob was at Findlay Toyota. I jumped in my car and drove over there. When I talked to the service guy he said my second key had not been ordered. So I showed him the case number. :) with that he was able to find me a key fob. Then I was told I was actually getting someone else’s key and that Findlay was going to order another customer a key using my vin number. ??? Not sure what that is about but I’ve now got both my keys so I’m happy. One of the funny things about this is that when I traded my old Avalon in to buy this vehicle I was pressured to go home immediately and get my second key to Findlay that day. This was after being at the dealer for 6 hours haggling over the terms of my new purchase. I was exhausted and had dinner reservations that I was rushing to get to. Like really? I had to rush to bring my 11 year old key to them but it was ok for them to make me wait 4 months for my second key? Not really sure I’ll deal with Findlay again. There’s another Toyota dealer across town. It’s a lot further away but I don’t get the runaround from them. More

It took Findlay 22 days to make a simple repair to my RAV4 liftgate. After a week waiting for parts to come in they dropped the ball and forgot about the car for 2 weeks. So from diagnosis (which cost $7 RAV4 liftgate. After a week waiting for parts to come in they dropped the ball and forgot about the car for 2 weeks. Absolutely the best service sales,and courteous caring staff. Professional! I made an appointment for service at 8:am ,arriving early at 7:40. Service and a wash was finished at 8:20 . After my third car purchasing experience from this dealer I will not purchase another vehicle. The service staff is very rude and disrespectful when bringing your vehicle in, especially one that you just pur I will not purchase another vehicle. The service staff is very rude and disrespectful when bringing your vehicle in, especially one that you just purchased. The only professional service I got was from the service manager’s nobody in the sales department or financing department communicates with one another or the banks. It was pretty sad when I had to keep reaching out to the bank and the dealer because paperwork was missing and or wasn’t sent over in a correct or timely manner. And I only had under six days left of my dealer placard. But after communicating myself with the bank and the dealership and another finance manager that was not even working on my deal to begin with the correct paperwork was sent over and my deal was finally finished. I will no longer be using Findlay Toyota for any service needs my car will require, and I will never purchase another vehicle from here again. More
