After looking around at various models from Volvo, Cadillac, Acura, and others, I decided on a Lexus RX 350. And the best part? It's a 2013 with only 6800 miles. I know, right? That is almost impossible, but there it is. Well, I know it's only been a few days, but I am not disappointed. Gerry was great and I'm very excited to start building the miles in my new car! More

We are new to the area, and went to Herb Chambers because our experience with service at this dealership has been very good. Gerry Baker was our sales person. He was the consummate professional. He was very knowledgeable, patient and extremely flexible. We kept changing our minds about what car we wanted; we couldn't decide which model year and which features were most important to us. Gerry showed us several cars; and each time he was patient and very professional as we sorted out exactly what we were looking for. We ended up buying a new 2105 Lexus RX. We are very happy with it. Gerry has continued to be responsive even after the sale; and has helped us acclimate to the features ( and electronics!) on our new car. If you are looking for a sales person with integrity, knowledge and patience, I suggest that you ask for Gerry Baker at Herb Chambers Lexus. More
