It was after 4pm and I realized my inspection was due. I called Sarant Cadillac’s Service Department for an appointment. The receptionist. I was offered coffee and then greeted by Joe Mistretta. Joe reviewed what I needed done and assured me that my car would be inspected (oil change & tire rotation) within a short time. My ATS was delivered completely serviced and inspected in less than an hour. I closed out my order with Gerson Maldonado. He applied a promotional discount to offset the balance on my bill. I very much appreciate that additional discount. Overall, I am very satisfied with the team I dealt with at Sarant Cadillac’s Service Department. Audriana, Dave, Joe Mistretta and Gerson Maldonado are exemplary representatives for Sarant Cadillac and the Cadillac brand! More

Gerson Maldonado was my service rep and he was a pleasure to work with. He was helpful during the entire process and made check out easy. I would say the only thing is that the wait time was a little longe to work with. He was helpful during the entire process and made check out easy. Dina at Sarant Cadillac was amazing. She was extremely patient, professional and knowledgeable. She knows every inch of the cars she sells and took the time to explain it all to me. Ken D I brought my 2017 ATS in for an oil change at 7:30 and was out the door in a short time. Joe Mistretta always gives you a warm greeting and offers a hot cup of coffee and place to wait for the car. and was out the door in a short time. I met with Gerson Maldonado (service advisor) to review the invoice and we realized there was a promotional discount. Gerson redid the invoice with reduced cost. I really appreciate the effort and consideration. As I left, Joe Mistretta was there to inquire that everything I needed was accomplished and wished myself and family a great day. There are very few things that are consistent, however Joe Mistretta never misses a beat even with the great amount of stress and responsibility he deals with every day. Thanks Joe for being a great ambassador for Sarant Cadillac! More
