Ken D I brought my 2017 ATS in for an oil change at 7:30 and was out the door in a short time. Joe Mistretta always gives you a warm greeting and offers a hot cup of coffee and place to wait for the car. and was out the door in a short time. I met with Gerson Maldonado (service advisor) to review the invoice and we realized there was a promotional discount. Gerson redid the invoice with reduced cost. I really appreciate the effort and consideration. As I left, Joe Mistretta was there to inquire that everything I needed was accomplished and wished myself and family a great day. There are very few things that are consistent, however Joe Mistretta never misses a beat even with the great amount of stress and responsibility he deals with every day. Thanks Joe for being a great ambassador for Sarant Cadillac! More

I brought my car in for service. It was there for 1 week.. I had a trouble light, and it showed low power. After 1 week I was told the issue was that the car needed an oil change. Also while the car was there, I asked for the car to be inspected, and was told that they cant inspect the car becuase I need to drive the car for 100 miles, after the car was serviced in order to do the ispection. More
