Good afternoon, I have problems every time I take my Ram 1500 to the dealership. I took it 3 months ago to get an oil change, tire rotation and bug protection. When I went to pick it up, they forgot to do t 1500 to the dealership. I took it 3 months ago to get an oil change, tire rotation and bug protection. When I went to pick it up, they forgot to do the bug protection. They didn't calibrate the tires and didn't wash the car. To help, they dented my door and said it wasn't there that it happened. Ok. I went back 3 weeks ago to do the bug protection again because it wasn't done and to balance the wheels and wash it. When I went to pick it up again, the bug protection wasn't done and they didn't even wash the car. And to top it off, they didn't calibrate the tire again. And when I drove on the highway, the car was out of balance. I had to take it back last week to do the balancing. Geez, I had to go 3 times to do the same thing. Did you solve the problem? balancing now but they didn't calibrate the tire again omg 🤬 summary every time I take the car to the RAM dealership to solve a problem and ask for something they don't do it I have the complete package that I bought when I bought the car and I can't use it 🤦🏻‍♂️ the car came back with a dent in the door and I was left with the loss and took it to do a recall and they didn't reset the system 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ it really seems personal, sad to know that they don't care about your car and treat you too badly Gio's service is terrible what you ask Gio he doesn't do 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ More
