We purchased the car here and it has only been serviced at this location. We had it in 2 weeks prior her fluid leak. We were told there was no leak and we had to bring it back for the same reason. The first visit we were told that the reddish pink fluid that was leaked out but we brought samples of, did not come from the car. Very disappointing to have to make two trips for $900 fuel pump. We drove from Canada to Orlando. After visiting Disney Springs for about 2 to 3 hours we got back into our 2020 Journey and noticed the transmission was slipping. Later as we drove t After visiting Disney Springs for about 2 to 3 hours we got back into our 2020 Journey and noticed the transmission was slipping. Later as we drove to our hotel, the engine light came on.we called and made an appointment for Monday at 830am. About an hour later our friend, Geo said that we needed to replace the transmission . Geo set us up with an Uber to get to Hertz and in about an half an hour we were driving in a loaner to our hotel. Geo texted on Wednesday to let me know that the transmission was in and that they would have our Journey ready for Thursday. It was a great experience and a pleasure to meet Geo and his staff. They took great care of us and I will continue to only buy Chrysler products! Thank you!! More
