Also, stopped by the dealership last week to get help with Tire Pressure Monitoring System and the service staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. There are a lot of choices when buying a new car, and we have been tempted to buy other brands of cars but the decision to buy a new Honda for us has been the consistent excellent service we have received at Honda of Lincoln (and of course previously at Williamson Honda). My wife's Honda had a re-occuring low tire pressure indicator lamp, the staff at Honda of Lincoln determined which tire was leaking and without an appointment worked it in for repairs and fixed this ti indicator lamp, the staff at Honda of Lincoln determined which tire was leaking and without an appointment worked it in for repairs and fixed this tire issue at no cost to us! On the day we stopped in to purchase our vehicle Scott was not available. Greg Hoag happily stepped in and assisted us in preparing the initial paperwork. On the day we picked up the vehicle the financing staff walked us through the closing process very efficiently, thoroughly explaining our options and helping us select the best fit for our needs. The General Manager, Eric Olsen, even took the time to visit with us before we left to insure we had a positive experience. This is the second vehicle we have bought from Eric and his staff. I can't imagine doing business anywhere else in the future! More

Every Accord I've had has met or exceeded my expectations, and I've always felt I was treated fairly. Once, when a car I was driving was in an accident, it was taking awhile for the body shop to get to my car. My insurance for a rental car was expiring, and I drive in my business. Hoag let me drive his Accord V-6 Coupe for the duration. Sold! A smart move on his part, because I couldn't wait to get my next Accord. And the service department is most trustworthy. This is a great organization! More
