The staff at Criswell Chevrolet was professional and courteous, communicated the process, and answered all questions and took care of my concerns. The Sales Advisor Mario Adams and the Finance Officer Greg Hoffman were very pleasant to work with. They responded to my e-mails and returned phones calls promptly which made the process go smoother. Mario wanted to know if I was satisfied with the Acadia Denali (YES Extremely Satisfied), and asked is there anything else he could do. He called and set-up OnStar, set-up XM radio and Bluetooth. There was no delaying or dragging out the process as in the past with other dealers. The hold process was finished within an hour of test driving the Acadia Denali and signing off on the paperwork. I would purchase another vehicle from Mario, Criswell Chevrolet, recommend him to anyone looking for vehicle. Thank you again for making this a Great Experience!!! More

One of the key indicators that they were honest was that they did not try to add the freight fee twice as almost every dealer I have been to tries to do. We got a great deal and the process was smooth and quick. We were so pleased that we will go to them for the next vehicle we choose if they carry that model. We decided to come here and the difference in the way they treated us was remarkable. We were treated with respect and honesty, no sense of games or deceit that we felt at the other location Our salesman was Josh. We really liked working with him. Jadon and Russell were also involved and all three were equally enjoyable. In the end we came away with the same vehicle as the other dealer, with a few things thrown in by Jason, for about $1000 less Hopefully we won’t need a car for a few more years, but without a doubt we’ll go back to Criswell for a fifth purchase Thanks again to Josh, Jason, & Russell More
