Denying a customer a car while there car is being repaired under factory warranty is unacceptable he ruined my vacation. Took my truck in for a fault code and ended up needing quite a bit on repairs. Repairs took much longer than expected, but the dealership paid for a Rental car for me while it was in the shop. Totally sav quite a bit on repairs. Repairs took much longer than expected, but the dealership paid for a Rental car for me while it was in the shop. Totally saved my Thanksgiving holiday week. More
