Picked up my vehicle at 5:00pm & it was already being towed back at 7:00am the next morning. It’s been 2 days and I haven’t heard a word. You call over and no one can give you any information. After paying you $2000+ with no hassle not even 2 weeks before Christmas & I can’t even get a courtesy call from anyone. I’m patient and understanding but I can’t be taken advantage of. I ignored everyone who said not to trust in you guys and I came and put my trust in you anyway, what a disappointment. I have four kids that have to understand why their Christmas fell short this year - because mommy has a job she needs to get to, and she’s starting school in 2 weeks, which she also needs to get to, to make sure it only gets better for them. But with a misdiagnosis like this, I don’t think you guys even care. More
