I'm going to take a moment and talk about the 2020 Chevy Silverado that I purchased in August of 2023. I wanted a softly driven 3 year old lease return (I have a hard time finding them in the northern U.P. Silverado that I purchased in August of 2023. I wanted a softly driven 3 year old lease return (I have a hard time finding them in the northern U.P.) Greg and I talked about one that I liked and I told him that I am not a big haggle guy and to please give me the out the door price with no surprise added costs down the road. Greg gave me that price to which was better than I could find in my area for trucks that were not lease returns. Greg was off the next day and Jordan took care of the deposit and financing (used my bank) information. I drove 5 hours each way to get my truck and the experience was great. Thanks for the smooth transition. More

The dilvery of the car was awful. Car was not cleaned, was told to meet Steve bc Gary was off in which I knew bc I had to change my pickup date. Car was paid for on Wednesday from a wire but yet not washed or vacuumed. Jorden cleaned the bugs off and wiped the dash. When Gary called me on Monday I told him that the GM needed to know. Also F&I said they only do 10 cars a year from IL and don’t know exactly what the taxes are. I would think someone should have figured it out before I was over charged and was told it would be 30 days to get the difference back. I looked at car on Monday, gave $500. Deposit on Tuesday, didn’t pick up car until Friday, no reason not to have both keys there from other location. I did receive the other one. No one went above and beyond for this sale. Please tell GM of dealership, I would want to know, I’m a loan manager dealing with dealerships everyday too. Get some customer service More
