Saw the vehicle I was interested on the website, scheduled a time to come check it out, was sad to see it had been sold to another dealership earlier that day. I am very pleased with Coastal Kia. I have purchased two vehicles from them. A 2021 Sorento and a 2023 Sportage. Unfortunately, both of these vehicles suffer from the same issue. The en I have purchased two vehicles from them. A 2021 Sorento and a 2023 Sportage. Unfortunately, both of these vehicles suffer from the same issue. The engine is very rough under light acceleration and at low speeds. The neighborhood I live in requires that I drive under the very conditions that these vehicles perform the worst. The service department has been unable to find the issue after multiple visits and once told me that there was a factory document that claimed that this is normal for the engine that is in my vehicle. While I am very pleased with Coastal Kia, I will not purchase another Kia and wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone else. More

Nothing but good things to say. Ever our salesman was super. No pressure knowledgeable and friendly. We were not planning to buy a car today but my wife fell in love with the 2023 Ever our salesman was super. No pressure knowledgeable and friendly. We were not planning to buy a car today but my wife fell in love with the 2023 Kia Forte. We feel we got a good deal and a fair trade-in. Dealership was impressive. As a matter of fact we had made appointments with two other dealerships and canceled both and bought the Kia that day. Wife loves it. Highly recommend this car and dealership and our salesman EVER. More

Not a great experience. My sales guy was awesome. However, I had just been in a car accident and experienced a total loss. One of the finance guys GQ informed me Coastal Kia My sales guy was awesome. However, I had just been in a car accident and experienced a total loss. One of the finance guys GQ informed me Coastal Kia works with total loss customers all the time. However, that seemed to not be the case. I was told I could provide a hood check and that I needed to just try and let the dealership know when funds were available, I let them know it could be a week and was originally told that was no problem. Clearly it was a problem when finance manager John called and texted in the middle of my work day asking for funds immediately. If they had known the circumstances they shouldn’t have let me walk off the lot with a vehicle. Again, a pretty crappy experience following a car accident and total loss. Not to mention they lost the spare key for the car I did purchase so I had to go back to have a new key cut and calibrated. I did love my sales guy but the rest of the experience was painful. More
