She was great, she was able to give me quotes on both and discussed the features that each car has. I worked with Hai when I came in for my appointment. He was very friendly and it was very helpful that he speaks fluent Vietnamese - so that my parents can speak to him. He was very patient with us, we spent 4-5 hours at the dealership that day. Both Melissa and Hai are very knowledgeable, attentive, and rational. Hai helped me find a car with all the features I wanted, listened to what I offered, and tried their best to get me a great deal, which I'm grateful for! He even came in on his day off to ensure that my car is ready and perfect before I pick it up. I came out with a brand new car that I am very happy with! I definitely recommend speaking with Hai and Melissa when you come to this dealership. More
