I'm very glad that I came all the way from Boston to this dealership! First, I worked with Melissa via phone to discuss different options on the RAV4 and Venza. He was very friendly and it was very helpful that he speaks fluent Vietnamese - so that my parents can speak to him. He was very patient with us, we spent 4-5 hours at the dealership that day. Both Melissa and Hai are very knowledgeable, attentive, and rational. Hai helped me find a car with all the features I wanted, listened to what I offered, and tried their best to get me a great deal, which I'm grateful for! He even came in on his day off to ensure that my car is ready and perfect before I pick it up. I came out with a brand new car that I am very happy with!
