I was a little surprised to see a "standard coverage policy" added to the first purchase offer since it covered nothing on the used vehicle except key replacement and was fairly pricy, but sales manager agreed to remove it when I questioned them as to its value. In terms of working the loan and assisting with the sale they were all helpful. The whole process was fairly easy from start to finish and I would recommend them for others.
