Hi, my name is Hannah. I have been with Maple Hill since 2019 as the Volkswagen service advisor. I have been in the automotive industry since 2012. I fell in love with helping customers understand what is going on with their vehicles and what they need to do to fix them. Took to auto parts store to be tested - battery tested within normal specs. The report said the rear brake pads needed replaced. Took to local garage and put on hoist. They showed me "normal" pad wear for a 10 month old brake job, with no need to replace pads. While there may be reasons for these incongruities, it has left a bad taste in my mouth. Initial work and service manager's actions - good. Extra recommended repairs - not good. Left on hold due to "telephone problems" for 78 minutes! Overall - not a happy camper. More

I brought my VW Passat in because of stalling and I was charged $2700 for issues unrelated before the problem was actually fixed which was another $700. Service was good, although again a little longer then anticipated. I have had questions about a loss of tire pressure warning in right front tire for a couple years, at strange intervals, sometime 6 mo anticipated. I have done the protocol to reflate and reset the monitor. This time they did plug the tire externally for $30,00....if this works that is fine..if not I will return to dealership. More
