Hi, my name is Hannah. I have been with Maple Hill since 2019 as the Volkswagen service advisor. I have been in the automotive industry since 2012. I fell in love with helping customers understand what is going on with their vehicles and what they need to do to fix them. I have received and maintained a master service consultant certificate for the last three years with Volkswagen. Hannah was awesome reviewed what needed to be done, explained how long it would take, and insured my car would be clean and ready for me on time. I was told when I brought my car in because of a check engine light, that they would have to keep my car for a couple of months because of COVID 19 factiry shutdowns causing parts shortages. Hanna in the engine light, that they would have to keep my car for a couple of months because of COVID 19 factiry shutdowns causing parts shortages. Hanna in the VW service area arranged a rental car and had someone drive me over to pick it up. I went in 12 days later(a Thursday) to clean out my car and was told that the parts would be there the next Monday and my car would be ready by the following Monday. I was shocked it was going to be done that quick. Drew in the parts department went out of his way to locate the needed parts from another dealership and sweet talk them in to letting him have them for my car. Drew is a rockstar! And Hannah took care of everything for service warranty and the return of the rental. Thank you for such a great experience and getting my car back to me so quickly. More

My check engine light was on in my vehicle and I also needed my oil change and tire rotation. They checked everything thoroughly. The wait time was very long but worth it because I received good service needed my oil change and tire rotation. They checked everything thoroughly. The wait time was very long but worth it because I received good service the entire visit. I went to the Dollar Tree in Portage and noticed my car was leaking oil. I immediately took it back and they fixed it instantly and apologized. They gave me a car wash and a free oil change for next time! Thank you for being an honest company that cares about their customers. More
