Admittedly, I DREAD the car buying process because the industry has a horrible reputation of making the process unnecessarily grueling and deceptive; but, Erin is a refreshing and long awaited light in the dark! Additionally, Haroon Khalil was literally the only finance personnel we've ever encountered in several car buying experiences between various dealerships that acted with integrity, didn't rush us through financial paperwork, and didn't have an ego the size of the room. Kudos to these outstanding employees! Now, if only we could clone them and spread them around... it would make car buying a much better and easier process! More

Sometimes things happen when not everything is perfect your first round. But let me tell you, when they say making you their number one priority and flanking things right and making you satisfied is true! your first round.
