Hands down the best car-purchasing experience I've ever had. Mike Cassidy was my sales person and he started out by asking what I wanted in car. When he recommended specific cars to me they always aligned had. Mike Cassidy was my sales person and he started out by asking what I wanted in car. When he recommended specific cars to me they always aligned with what I stated my priorities were. He didn't waste time by recommending vehicles that had packages with features I wouldn't use. During the test drive, he recommended driving on certain roads so he could demonstrate important functions and manuvers that were impressive. He thoroughly explained operational details and was friendly, professional, and helpful during the entire process. Harry was also involved in the sale and went out of his way to be accomidating and exceed our expectations to make the interaction enjoyable. Even Dave, the business person who tries to sell additional packages, was very pleasant and not overly pushy. I plan to go back to Mike when I need a new car and will refer friends and family to him.
