We experienced the best time ever in a dealership when visiting Rally and working with Vito Alami. Mr Alami was kind, thoughtful, eminently qualified, and extremely helpful. The experience was calm even visiting Rally and working with Vito Alami. Mr Alami was kind, thoughtful, eminently qualified, and extremely helpful. The experience was calm even though I came in anxious and not wholly in the mood to buy a car. Vito knew he had a sale within fifteen minutes but still spent two hours explaining everything about the car and your service. We expected to wait six weeks for delivery but drove home in our new car, trading in our old BMW. If your service is half as good as Mr. Alami was we will be back over and over. Rallye BMW has been the place to go for my renewal of cars since 2013, and not because they are close by, but due to their excellence in service under every department, and I believe this is possible tha cars since 2013, and not because they are close by, but due to their excellence in service under every department, and I believe this is possible thanks to the great quality of proffessionals they host. Robert Chae has helped me ever since 2013 with our BMWs i3, he has always gone above and beyond the call to make it happen for us. He is extremely knowledgeable about the car electrification ecosystem, a true professional, and always courteous, respectful, & honest, I always trust he has my best interest in mind. Hasan Barakat, my assigned financial officer, has been great at explaining all the paperwork that I am about to sign, the options I have to choose from, and, without rushing me, gives me the time to understand all the presented facts. His knowledge, manners, and business etiquette are impeccable, and, despite our brief encounter, he is excellent and a great joy to work with. More
