Car took a very long time to repair. Originally there was no loaner available until I called back and ask. 2 tires and rims had to be replaced. After getting the car back there was a loud humming from the wh no loaner available until I called back and ask. 2 tires and rims had to be replaced. After getting the car back there was a loud humming from the wheel. Called back and Dana said they can see it 8/4 (one month wait). I took the car to my local mechanic and it was the bearings, which I though Dana would have found when they replace 2 rims and tires due to a large pothole I hit. The rep Has was very good, just that I am done with Dana going forward. This is not my first time having a problem. More

Terrible management, charged me 27,218 point for a visit which no service has been performed and the car is under warranty. I am so sorry i have set foot in this dealership since I've been having problems w which no service has been performed and the car is under warranty. I am so sorry i have set foot in this dealership since I've been having problems with the car from the minute I picked it up. 8 months later and the problem is still there. Looking into lincoln buying back the car. More

The service on my car wentWell BUT I was told they The service on my car went Well BUT I was told they were Also doing my RECALL on my 2017 Ford Edge. When I got There I was told they did not Have The service on my car went Well BUT I was told they were Also doing my RECALL on my 2017 Ford Edge. When I got There I was told they did not Have the part. Not available yet. BUT I received a letter saying parts are available. Are the parts available or not. That is the question. It's a Recall brake problem which I think is very important. I am not happy that the Recall Did not get fixed... Also have a Recall on my Lincoln MKX again. Airbag again. PLEASE LETS GET THE PARTS AND GET THIS FIXED ASAP... Thank you J J Benedetto More
