I arrived and was greeted right away. Ralph was friendly and pleasant. He showed us to our purchase and had another associate there to answer any questions we had. He made sure we were completely comfortabl and pleasant. He showed us to our purchase and had another associate there to answer any questions we had. We drove our BMW home and so far it is exactly as advertised. More
