My overall experience was decent. The service took about an hour, and I stayed on-site while the work was completed. I appreciated being able to pay the invoice from my phone without having to speak with the advisor again. Everything went as expected. My only complaint is the extremely high pricing that was quoted for the hybrid battery air filter—$255 to clean it (essentially vacuum it) or more than $300 to replace it. When I got home, I checked the filter myself and it still appeared to be in good condition. The part costs less than $20 online and is very easy to replace. Those prices felt excessive and gave the impression of significant markup rather than fair service pricing. One other thing I find frustrating about waiting at the dealership is the sales staff. While I was sitting near the café, several salespeople were gathered there talking loudly and "bro-ing" it up, which made the waiting area feel less professional and relaxing than it should. It's a minor issue, but when customers are spending time waiting for service, a quieter and more considerate atmosphere would go a long way. More

I had a very concerning experience with this dealership. I was sold a vehicle that had known powertrain issues identified in a pre-purchase inspection, with assurances the parts would be replaced. Within a few months the vehicle failed. Instead of addressing the issue, the dealership encouraged trading into a significantly more expensive new vehicle that was clearly unaffordable. I was also told to stop paying the prior loan because it would be paid off, which did not happen and resulted in severe credit damage. I strongly recommend extreme caution when dealing with this dealership. More
