I had a very concerning experience with this dealership. I was sold a vehicle that had known powertrain issues identified in a pre-purchase inspection, with assurances the parts would be replaced. The deale I was sold a vehicle that had known powertrain issues identified in a pre-purchase inspection, with assurances the parts would be replaced. The dealership later denied any record of this. Within a few months the vehicle failed. Instead of addressing the issue, the dealership encouraged trading into a significantly more expensive new vehicle that was clearly unaffordable. I was also told to stop paying the prior loan because it would be paid off, which did not happen and resulted in severe credit damage. I strongly recommend extreme caution when dealing with this dealership. More
