Was able to negotiate a pretty fair deal..however Beware of the finance guy named Robert; rude, crude, and unprofessional to say the least! Salesman was pretty fair, the insurance guy was helpful, but Beware of the finance guy named Robert; rude, crude, and unprofessional to say the least! A+ customer service, awesome team My experience at this dealership was second to none. I went in with a budget I was not willing to break and Carlos worked within my budget perfectly. My experience at this dealership was second to none. I went in with a budget I was not willing to break and Carlos worked within my budget perfectly. After some research I changed my mind and voiced my concerns to Carlos. He took my concerns into consideration and gave me an even better deal than before. Carlos was respectful, knowledgeable, and I could see had my best interest at heart. Also, he didn’t haggle me for a sale like at other dealerships I went to. After I had all my documents ready to go and came in to finalize, Carlos had let me know in advance that he was out of town and Hector would be assisting me to finalize. Hector was just as respectful, polite, and knowledgeable. Hector was there for me for every single step of the finalization process and even accompanied me to my credit union to finalize more paperwork! Mitch (who I believe is the sales manager) also took the time aside to sit down with me and go over prices and discounts despite having already signed a retail agreement to get me the best possible deal. The manager was there and even he was extremely involved in the process as well. Overall, I felt very well respected, very well treated, and got exactly what I was looking for at the price I was looking for. Awesome team! More
