My husband and I truly had an amazing experience with Yadriel and Alexis. Dealerships and car salesmen get a bad reputation sometimes but our experience was truly the opposite. Yadriel and Alexis BOTH worked to get us in the cars we wanted in the price range we were able to afford. They did not try to sell us cars we did not want and we felt they were trying to work to make what we wanted happen. We were at the City Kia dealership before we made it to Hyundai, and we were treated so poorly there. We loved our experience so much we convinced my husband’s parents to buy a car from Universal Hyundai the very next day! We are customers for life and will refer everyone we know. We were so nervous about the car buying experience but Yadriel and Alexis truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable- Alexis even gave me a granola bar when I was hungry! Best service with people who truly cared. Also- we had an absolute disaster of a time with the car we were trading in- it got wrongly towed from our apartment complex and we were having a very hard time getting it back. Alexis went above and beyond what I could have ever expected to help us get the car back and to the dealership, and I could not be more grateful for his help. Hector in Finance was also spectacular and so down to earth. He really worked to make everything work for us and made us feel like he really cared about our situation. Alexis, Yadriel, and Hector are both true assets to your team and I hope their hard work and dedication to their customers is recognized. We LOVE our new 2023 Elantra and Tucson!
