I have been in working in auto sales for a little over 4 years and have been with Summit Place Kia since October of 2016. When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my wife and 2 children. We love heading up north and spending time outside. I have worked at a couple different dealerships and this is by far the best place to work. My sales person was David Lee, and he was amazing to work with. He helped me find the perfect car and within my budget, but just as important, he helped me to feel comfortable and made the car buying process with. I came to see Byron twice the first time is when I called in to complain about my experience there nobody greeted me or said anything to me when I came into the showroom. I talked to him on the phone and he in to complain about my experience there nobody greeted me or said anything to me when I came into the showroom. I talked to him on the phone and he apologized for my bad experience and had me come in the next day. He was very nice asked what I wanted suggested the best options for me. I didn’t get a vehicle the first time I came. I seen a Facebook ad that worked for me and my situation. I talked to Alyson through Facebook chat and asked can she set me an appointment with Byron. My 2nd go round I left with the vehicle I was eyeing on my first visit. He walked me through the process and helped me out a lot all in all he was great. More
