We could not be happier with the service we received here! We had an appointment to test drive the Ariya with Alvaro. He was the most responsive from all the dealerships my husband was in contact with i here! We had an appointment to test drive the Ariya with Alvaro. He was the most responsive from all the dealerships my husband was in contact with in the entire Sacramento & East Bay Area, so he got our business! Alvaro came out to meet with us, but his prior appointment was going long so he set us up with a test drive w/Peter. Turns out that Peter is their resident expert on EVs. As it happens, we needed an expert because this is our first EV. He explained everything patiently, repeating what we missed, introducing features one at a time to keep us from being too overwhelmed, and even taught us to charge it! Then we met w/Khan to go over the numbers. Even though we didnt plan to buy that day, the Ariya was a perfect match to our needs, our wants, and our budget, and we wanted to take advantage of 0% APR! Khan was so friendly and while we waited to sign our paperwork he even offered to buy us dinner! We also appreciated the fact that the financing team didn't push too hard on selling us additional packages we didn't want. We were out of there in record time and on our way with our beautiful and luxurious new car! Thanks everyone! More
