Poor information given and no one answers the phone I had made a request for a loner car, and was told that there was one that would be available to me, and then on the day I had told them I would be in I had made a request for a loner car, and was told that there was one that would be available to me, and then on the day I had told them I would be in, the car was not ready and I had to wait on the phone and at the dealership for over 2 hours before they took me to the rental car center. Also, every time I tried to reach my associate I was on hold for over 10 minutes and many times wasn't even able to talk to him. I believe their system for dealing with calls doesn't work for the service center on any level. I was very disappointed with the service, especially since the repairs were so expensive. I will not buy a BMW again, and will not buy from Herb Chambers again, either. More

Noooo I returned to service department the service rep apologized had the car runnee fill my enfine with some strat cans of oil he found laying sround in the service bay what a joke and the price for all of this was over $900 the service department is ripoff city I have had my BMW serviced here before I should have known better More

Great and will return soon! The reason I came in was to have my rear brake light repaired to renew my state inspection. After replacing the bulb it went out again (notification o The reason I came in was to have my rear brake light repaired to renew my state inspection. After replacing the bulb it went out again (notification on my dashboard went off) and had to return the following day. It turned out the socket had to be repaired and had to come back in to have it repaired. In no way this was again Higor, but the service team should had quality controlled it. Higor was very attentive about the situation, and understood making a second trip the following day was a bit frustrating. He helped allocate the charges that were made the first day to put towards the fixes the second day, and also got my vehicle inspected on the same day to save me another trip. Upon receiving my vehicle back, Higor personally also came out to inspect the vehicle and tested the brake lights, which I definitely appreciated. You'll notice he's always with clients at his desk as I'm sure everyone wants to have their service consulted through him. I'll be coming back soon! More

One of the best dealership experiences Higor has been by far one of the most respectful and helpful SA. The first time I took my car was without an appointment for a failing Low Pressure Fu Higor has been by far one of the most respectful and helpful SA. The first time I took my car was without an appointment for a failing Low Pressure Fuel Pump - they kept the car for a few days and he kept my regularly informed throughout the process. When I went back to pick it up, Higor himself went out to the back and brought my car down. I had such a wonderful experience with him that as soon as I needed to come in again, I just emailed him directly for his availability. He got me into a brand new loaner and within a day had my car ready! Can't praise Higor enough to be honest - great experience! Would rate him WAY more than just 5 if I could! - Kunal Parwani More

Higor Teixeira Higor has been my primary service agent since I purchased my 2015 Convertible M4. While the car has had no problems, I have needed regular service, o Higor has been my primary service agent since I purchased my 2015 Convertible M4. While the car has had no problems, I have needed regular service, one dent fixed and help with hail dents from getting caught in a storm. In every case Higor has been nothing short of fantastic. Customer focus and dedicated! This was my first visit after purchasing a car from a colleague this week - within 48 hours of ownership I was in checking tire pressure.
