Maybe the best dealer experience my wife and I have had to date. My wife called about a new 2022 Honda Pilot Touring, and unlike the handful of Honda dealers we had communicated with before, Sullivan Honda to date. My wife called about a new 2022 Honda Pilot Touring, and unlike the handful of Honda dealers we had communicated with before, Sullivan Honda not only seemed to genuinely want to put us in the car we were looking for, but also at a price that did not include the ever so prevalent dealer markup. We dealt with Howard exclusively, and he was fantastic to work with. He responded in a very timely manner to any text message or call that my wife or myself sent him and we would recommend him to anyone we know looking for a stress free car buying experience. The day we bought the car was his scheduled day off and Howard still went out of his way to not only be there at a time that was convenient to us, but he took the time to go over the important features of the car and answer any question my wife or I had.
