I had a great experience at Lexus, thanks to Howard. From around 11am to 4pm on a Sunday, he was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely pleasant to spend time with. He was also very nice to my son and I throughout the entire experience, which made the visit even more comfortable. He never made me feel rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated. Howard also shared a bit about his family business, and it really reflected the strong values he carries—honesty, respect, and a sincere approach to helping people. That came through clearly in the way he treated us throughout the entire visit. The dealership itself was beautiful and very clean, which added to the overall positive experience. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, respectful, and not pushy at all, I highly recommend asking for Howard. He made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. More
