He continuously updated us on our PHEV that had to come from Japan to ensure everything went smoothly, never making us feel rushed. I had a lease car that had to be returned back; therefore we had a tight schedule to meet to move RAV4-PHEV. Also we needed a specific color for our vehicle, there for a challenge in today supply chain environment. To top it off, he managed to get our car completely ready and delivered it ahead of our original schedule. If you want a stress-free, efficient, and genuinely supportive car-buying experience, ask for Hugo Perez. I would give him 10/10 and highly recommend him. More
