Such a wonderful experience! Do not waste your time going to any other dealership - this is it. Eric Kalias, Daniel Baster, Oscar Yanes, Hugo Sanchez, and any one else I am forgetting who helps make up the w to any other dealership - this is it. Eric Kalias, Daniel Baster, Oscar Yanes, Hugo Sanchez, and any one else I am forgetting who helps make up the wonderful team at Cutler Bay made my car buying process seamless and painless. I had been to 6 other dealerships (which were not Mercedes-Benz) and it had truly been a nightmare. Not only was every other dealership trying to extort over MSRP, they were also rude. From the second I walked in, Cutler Bay was different and they now have a lifelong customer out of me. Eric was honest, kind, and incredibly helpful. I cannot recommend them enough. 10 out of 10 stars. More

It was a true pleasure working with Eric Kalias and his manager Oliver Ortiz. They were both very nice and profesional. Eric was attentive to our needs and was able to provide different options based on ou manager Oliver Ortiz. They were both very nice and profesional. I would drive 45 mins again to get the high quality service and attention to detail that we received from Eric and Oliver.
