Declan and Ryan were beyond words can compare the greatest customer service anyone could ever ask for and they felt like real people not someone trying to sell you something after a lot of declines I was feeling pretty defeated and said it probably wasn’t the right time go get something cheap and just for now but Ryan really surprised me when I got that text 3 days later that a bank approved. Ryan really did his utmost to put me in my dream car and I’ll never forget the kindness within Otto and will continue to get my cars from them. More
