I am not recommending Findlay Toyota Henderson NV . They lied to us me and my husband wanted to trade our chevrolet truck to Tacoma truck we where asking 42k for our truck according to some research They lied to us me and my husband wanted to trade our chevrolet truck to Tacoma truck we where asking 42k for our truck according to some research and a couple other dealers offer, we went to Toyota Henderson they offered us 43k and they told us we will save tax for around 4k if we buy from them so we took deal . When the time comes to sign paperwork, the number they told us before was different. So they took our truck for 39k !!!! In order to match the number with 43k. have been promised they added an extra 4k to the loan they loaned us 4k to look like they're giving us 43k for our truck??? We keep asking and arguing about that they were telling us, "Are you Chinese?" And they were telling us it is very simple why you guys don't understand?? They were NOT giving us an understandable explanation. Basically, they said it is tax different!! What !!! First of all, they told us in the beginning we will save 4k tax, then we have been charged $1447 tax. Why did they add an extra 4k at the ends separately .it doesn't make sense after all they gave us $1000 back wich no make any difference we are very upset for this trick they should tell us we will take your truck for 39k period not making us think they giving us more than the other dealer gave us and we save 4k frome tax . That was a lie More

As one who hates shopping for a new car and spending half a day or more after you have said, yes! (doing paperwork). I was very pleased to finally find a dealership, Findlay Toyota, quick and professional fr a day or more after you have said, yes! (doing paperwork). I was very pleased to finally find a dealership, Findlay Toyota, quick and professional from the start to the end. With my purchase I wanted to keep my old wheels (mags) and the service department was just as quick and professional getting this task done and at no cost. It honestly only took 15 mins in their finance dept. All in all from the saleman, John Gartrell with help from Iman, TJ and Jordan in service dept it was a pleasant change from past experiences. More
